Yoo Jae Suk was visibly moved by a heartfelt gift from Jung Jun Ha, as the latter surprised him with a live portrait drawn on stage in just 10 minutes, turning the venue into what many described as a “sea of tears.”
On December 27, an Insa Mo (Association of the Unpopular) fan meeting was held on MBC ‘Hangout with Yoo’ During the episode, the members gathered ahead of the event and took their seats according to their popularity rankings. DJ Tukutz realizing he had reclaimed the top spot, reacted with disbelief, saying he “had no idea this would happen” and jokingly showed off his ranking. He added that it was unfortunate he could not fully enjoy the moment, as the episodes he missed somehow always ranked first.
Jung Jun Ha also drew laughter as he reflected on his recent rankings. He shared that articles had been calling him “Arrogant Jun Ha,” explaining that during filming, he already knew he had placed last. He recalled watching the broadcast at home when his mother kept calling to ask if he had ranked first again the following week, leaving him too emotional to respond.
Later in the fan meeting, Jung Jun Ha stunned everyone by drawing a portrait of Yoo Jae Suk on stage in just 10 minutes after a dance performance with J BLACK. Pouring sincerity into the artwork, Jung Jun Ha moved the audience to tears, while Yoo Jae Suk could not take his eyes off the portrait.
Overcome with emotion, Jung Jun Ha said he created the piece while thinking about their friendship of over 30 years. Yoo Jae Suk, who had no idea the surprise was coming, expressed deep gratitude, calling Jung Jun Ha “a dependable colleague who has always brought great laughter.” He added that while the portrait itself was touching, he was even more moved by the thought and effort behind such a performance.
HaHa also shared his reaction, saying that although he had planned to give it his all on stage that day, Jung Jun Ha’s performance nearly brought him to tears. Yoo Jae Suk concluded by reflecting on their long bond, saying that while misunderstandings can happen because they are human, those moments have only strengthened their relationship over time.
