TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) has added another major milestone to their global streaming record.
According to Big Hit Music on December 6, the group's hit song "Good Boy Gone Bad" officially surpassed 200 million streams on Spotify on December 4. This marks TXT's 7th song to reach the 200 million mark on the platform.
Released in 2022 as the title track of their 4th mini-album 'minisode 2: Thursday's Child', the song is a hardcore hip-hop track capturing the dark emotions of a boy gone bad after a breakup. It became a huge hit, especially resonating with Gen Z listeners.
The album itself was a massive success. Not only did all members participate in its production, but it also debuted at #4 on the Billboard 200 and stayed on the chart for 14 weeks. It was even chosen for Billboard's '50 Best Albums of 2022 So Far: Staff Picks'.
With this latest achievement, TXT now has a total of 17 songs with over 100 million streams on Spotify, including their mega-hit "0X1=LOVESONG," which has over 300 million plays.
