Actress Shin Ye Eun’s agency, NPIO Entertainment, has officially updated its policy regarding fan gifts.
On December 8, NPIO posted a notice titled “Guidelines on Receiving Gifts for Actress Shin Ye Eun” through its official social media channels.
The agency stated that going forward, all gifts except handwritten letters will no longer be accepted. Only gifts that arrive before December 21, 2025 will be delivered to the actress, and any items arriving after that date will not be accepted.
The agency also clarified that any gifts received after the cutoff may be returned or discarded depending on the circumstances.
For Shin Ye Eun’s birthday, handwritten letters will also be the only form of support permitted. The agency asked for understanding from fans who may have already prepared gifts or support projects.
NPIO added, “We would like to relay Shin Ye Eun’s message that the letters filled with fans’ sincerity are what mean the most to her. We kindly ask for your understanding.” The statement closed with, “Thank you to all fans who continue to support Shin Ye Eun.”
