A man in his 30s has been arrested after breaking into the home of actress Nana (Im Jin-ah, 34), formerly of After School, and attempting an armed robbery.
The Guri Police Station announced on the 15th that they have taken a man in his 30s, identified as A, into custody on charges of attempted aggravated robbery.
A is accused of breaking into a luxury villa in Acheon-dong, Guri City, around 6 a.m. that day while carrying a weapon, threatening the residents, and demanding money.
At the time of the intrusion, Nana and her mother were inside the home. The two reportedly subdued A after a physical struggle and immediately called the police.
When police and firefighters arrived, A was found injured and was transported to a hospital for treatment.
Authorities are currently investigating the incident, questioning A and the victims to determine the exact circumstances of the crime.
