Model and TV personality Han Hye Jin has revealed that her YouTube channel was hacked and deleted, shocking fans.
On November 10, Han took to Instagram to explain the situation, writing, “My YouTube channel has been hacked. Early this morning, a cryptocurrency-related livestream was broadcast from my channel. I found out around 8 a.m. after receiving calls from my staff and friends.”
She continued, “I’ve officially filed an appeal with YouTube and have taken every possible measure for a quick recovery. The broadcast aired early this morning was not created or authorized by me or my team. I sincerely hope no one was harmed because of it.”
Han expressed her frustration and sadness, adding, “This channel is something I’ve poured my heart into, planning and creating each piece of content myself. I’m heartbroken and devastated. I deeply apologize to my subscribers and viewers for the concern and inconvenience. I’ll do everything I can to restore the channel as soon as possible.”
Before the deletion, Han’s channel, which had over 890,000 subscribers, showed a notice saying it had been removed for “violating YouTube’s community guidelines.” A livestream titled “Ripple (XRP): Growth Forecast by CEO Brad Garlinghouse” was reportedly airing before the channel suddenly disappeared.
Han Hye Jin isn’t the only celebrity affected. Actress Kim Sung Eun and former rhythmic gymnast Son Yeon Jae also experienced their YouTube channels being deleted after similar hacking incidents. Both stars have since recovered their channels, with Kim Sung Eun sharing that hers was restored about a week later and Son Yeon Jae’s within a day.
Fans are now rallying behind Han, hoping her channel will be restored soon.

In the early hours of November 10, a cryptocurrency-related livestream was broadcast from my channel. I learned about it around 8 a.m. after being contacted by my production team and acquaintances.
I have officially submitted an appeal to YouTube and taken every possible action to restore the channel quickly. I am currently waiting for a response.
I want to make it clear that the livestream aired at that time was not created or authorized by me or my production team. I sincerely hope no one was harmed as a result of that broadcast.
I am devastated, as this channel is one I have personally planned and created with great care and affection. I sincerely apologize to all my subscribers and viewers for the concern and inconvenience caused. I will do my best until the channel is fully restored.
