Singer Jang Woo Hyuk has acknowledged that he is privately seeing actress Oh Chae Yi, who is 16 years younger.
On the November 25 broadcast of SBS’s entertainment show 'Dolsing Fourmen,' Jang Woo Hyuk appeared as a guest alongside Bae Sang Hoon, Oh My Girl’s Hyojung, and fitness creator Malwang, joining the cast for a candid conversation.
Lee Sang Min pressed Jang Woo Hyuk about what he jokingly called the singer’s “unsolved marriage case,” further questioning his financial status as a 1978-born celebrity rumored to be wealthy. When Jang said he couldn’t reveal his exact assets, Tak Jae Hoon teased, “You can’t say more because you’re afraid someone might take the hard-earned money from you.”

When the hosts mentioned rumors that he was “seeing someone,” Jang nodded and confirmed, “The person is actress Oh Chae Yi. We met through the show 'Trendy Men's Lifestyle'.”
Jang admitted, “Before appearing on the show, I went in thinking, ‘It’d be nice even just to date.’ But once filming started, my feelings grew so much that I even began thinking about marriage.”
He clarified, “It’s not that I’m saying I must marry her specifically, but the show really changed how I think about marriage.” Tak Jae Hoon then joked, “So you’re using her for the program?”

Jang Woo Hyuk responded honestly, saying, “We’ve been meeting privately outside the show as well. I’m trying to carry these feelings forward even after the program.”
When Tak Jae Hoon asked to meet Oh Chae Yi, Jang Woo Hyuk firmly refused, saying, “I can’t let you see her. You might steal her,” and likewise refused when castmate Lim Won Hee also asked to meet her, drawing laughter on set.
After Tak Jae Hoon searched for photos of Oh Chae Yi and asked, “Is this her?”, Jang Woo Hyuk reacted sharply, declaring, “She’s my woman!” Tak Jae Hoon continued joking, “Her name is Oh Chae Yi? She’s exactly my type. Looks like I finally have something to challenge myself with.”
