HYBE Chairman Bang Si Hyuk has convened a global gathering of executives from around the world to discuss the company’s vision and long-term growth strategies.
From November 11 to 13 KST, HYBE will hold its 'Global Leadership Summit' in Incheon, bringing together leaders from its six key regional subsidiaries — Korea, Japan, the United States, Latin America, China, and India — to align on the company’s global direction.
This year’s summit marks the largest in HYBE’s history. Attendees include Chairman Bang Si Hyuk, CEO Lee Jae Sang, HYBE Japan Chairman Kim Young Min, HYBE America Chairman and CEO Isaac Lee, HYBE x Geffen Records CEO Mitra Darab, and Big Machine Label Group (BMLG) CEO Scott Borchetta, along with more than 80 global executives.
The conference will focus on the company’s next-generation business strategy, “HYBE 2.0,” first announced in August last year. Leaders will review the progress of HYBE’s growth initiatives across music, platforms, and technology, and refine short- and mid-term plans in each business sector.
A key topic will be how HYBE’s “multi-home, multi-genre” approach — designed to localize music production and artist development in different regions — has produced tangible results. Executives from Japan, the U.S., and Latin America will share case studies of local artist discovery, debut projects, and market expansion, providing insights into region-specific strategies that can strengthen the company’s global synergy.
Through these discussions, HYBE aims to reinforce its regional operations while advancing its unified global vision under the slogan “One HYBE.”
HYBE CEO Lee Jae Sang stated,
