G-Dragon will join the 20th Busan Fireworks Festival with a special musical collaboration.
The Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan Festival Organizing Committee are set to host the 20th Busan Fireworks Festival on November 15 around Gwangalli Beach.
To celebrate its 20th anniversary, this year’s festival has been prepared with the most immersive and dynamic production in its history. During the first segment of the main event, a special fireworks show will be synchronized with G-Dragon’s global hit “Übermensch.”
The festival will also introduce a unique experience using holographic glasses developed jointly by AI entertainment tech company Galaxy Corporation and Busan-based IP and tech startup SlashBslash, leveraging polarizing filter technology. Additionally, digitally created AI fireworks will be displayed on a large media wall, offering audiences multiple ways to enjoy the show.
This year, the Busan Fireworks Festival has expanded from two segments to three. The program includes: Part 1 – 20th Anniversary Celebration Fireworks, Part 2 – International Guest Fireworks, and Part 3 – Busan Multi-Fireworks Show. Approximately 80,000 to 90,000 fireworks are expected to light up the night sky over Busan.
