
Former Wanna One member/ actor Ong Seong Wu is set to evoke memories of first love.
On November 24, Fantagio announced, “Ong Seong Wu will participate in KBS-2TV’s one-act project ‘Love: Track,’ taking the lead role in the episode ‘First Love is Shared Earphones.’”
‘Love: Track’ is a new one-act project by KBS, continuing the legacy of its ‘Drama Special’ series, featuring ten distinct love stories.
The episode ‘First Love is Shared Earphones’ tells the story of a top-ranking female student in 2010 who encounters a rebellious male student. Ong Seong Wu plays Ki Hyun Ha, a free-spirited high school student aspiring to be a composer, who learns and supports Yeong Seo’s (played by Han Ji Hyun) secret.
Ong Seong Wu has portrayed a variety of characters in films such as 'Life is Beautiful' and 'Starlight Falls,' as well as dramas including 'At Eighteen' and 'Strong Girl Nam Soon.'
In July, he made his theatrical debut in 'Shakespeare in Love,' demonstrating delicate emotional expression and impressive interpretive skills.
His agency stated, “Ong Seong Wu has shown limitless acting across genres. We look forward to seeing how he portrays the fresh emotions of first love in this work.”
‘First Love is Shared Earphones’ will air on the 14th of next month, on December 14 at 10:50 PM.
