The K-pop showcase ‘Dream Concert’ made its Abu Dhabi debut at Etihad Park on Yas Island on Nov. 22, 2025, running 3 p.m.–1 a.m. GST. The bill combined veteran draws and rising acts on one outdoor stage: headliners S.Coups × Mingyu of SEVENTEEN, plus ATEEZ, I-DLE (Miyeon), Red Velvet (Seulgi & Joy), Xikers, ALL(H)OURS, Bang Ye Dam, tripleS, and iii.
The show followed the franchise’s classic “many artists, one night” format. Early evening sets brought the newer teams on first, each with a concise slot built around signature tracks and high-visibility choreography. As daylight faded, mid-card performances added fan-favorite numbers and tighter production cues, with quick changeovers keeping the pace steady.
After dark, the running order shifted toward marquee moments. Red Velvet’s Seulgi & Joy performed as a unit; I-DLE were represented by Miyeon, anchoring the group’s portion with sing-along sections. ATEEZ delivered a power set tailored to a festival crowd, emphasizing synchronized formations and beat-driven transitions designed for large screens and long sightlines at Etihad Park.
S.Coups × Mingyu opened with ‘Worth it’, slipped in solo turns—Mingyu’s ‘Shake It Off (MINGYU Solo)’, S.Coups’ ‘Jungle (S.COUPS Solo)’—and hit a crest with ‘5, 4, 3 (Pretty woman) (feat. Lay Bankz)’. They also offered a cappella snippets of ‘For you’ and ‘Young again’, then sent the crowd home with SEVENTEEN’s ‘Very NICE’. The pair told the crowd, "We’re happy to show our stage in Abu Dhabi for the first time… CARATs, we love you," drawing a loud response.
For Abu Dhabi, this first ‘Dream Concert’ date doubled as a 30th-anniversary world-tour stop: one massive day, a stacked cast, and setlists trimmed for festival flow rather than solo-tour deep cuts. With outdoor staging, a long runtime, and a mix of group, unit, and solo appearances, the event delivered a compact snapshot of current K-pop pulls in a single program—extended to a UAE audience without breaking the formula that defined it in Seoul.
