aespa’s Karina shared a funny story about someone asking for her social media account while she was in the United States.
On November 25th KST, the YouTube channel W KOREA released a video titled “Why Did aespa’s Karina Burst Into Laughter While Doing Her Makeup? Karina’s ASMR Has Its Touching Moments by W Korea.”
In the video, when asked if she had ever unexpectedly run into a fan on the street, Karina replied, “When we were in the U.S. for schedules, I went to Universal Studios. I was wearing our concert merch, but people didn’t recognize me,” adding, “I couldn’t bring myself to say hi first, so I didn’t greet them then. But we ran into each other again at another ride, and that’s when I said hello.”
She then shared another moment from the streets of Los Angeles. “I recently went to buy cosmetics in LA, and a woman complimented me and asked if I had Instagram. She said, ‘Do you have Instagram?’ but I couldn’t tell her. For no real reason,” she said, laughing.
