TWICE’s Nayeon has given fans a heartwarming glimpse into the backstage of the group’s 10th anniversary celebration.
On October 19th KST, Nayeon posted a series of photos on her personal Instagram, showing off her signature bright smile while wearing a blue outfit with long, straight hair flowing naturally. The word “TEN:” on her pants symbolized TWICE’s 10th debut anniversary.
In several photos, Nayeon is seen affectionately linking arms with Mina or giving her a back hug, showcasing the group’s deep-rooted bond and decade-long friendship. The images radiated warmth and the loving, playful atmosphere unique to Nayeon.
TWICE marked their 10th anniversary with a fan meeting titled "10VE UNIVERSE" on October 18th at Korea University’s Hwajeong Gymnasium in Seoul. The event name is a creative combination of “LOVE UNIVERSE” and the number 10, representing ten years since debut and the group’s love for their fandom ONCE, which they described as “as vast as the universe.” The fan meeting was also livestreamed globally.
The group performed a mix of nostalgic and new songs, including their debut track “Like OOH-AHH,” fan favorites like “KNOCK KNOCK” and “SIGNAL,” and their latest song “ME+YOU.” They also surprised fans with a VCR segment recreating moments from their pre-debut reality show 'SIXTEEN', filling the venue with both laughter and emotion.
Fans responded with overwhelming love and support, saying,
“It’s already been 10 years?”,
“The members haven’t changed at all,” and
“I hope TWICE stays together for a long, long time.”
Meanwhile, TWICE is currently on their 6th world tour, THIS IS FOR, which kicked off in Seoul on July 19th. The tour spans over 19 countries across Asia, the Americas, and Europe, strengthening their connection with global fans. In addition to iconic group performances, members are also showcasing solo stages, reinforcing their status as a top-tier global girl group.
In celebration of their 10th year, TWICE released a special album on October 10th titled 'TEN: The Story Goes On', featuring 10 tracks including the title song “ME+YOU.”
