On October 25, MBC’s 'Point of Omniscient Interfere' featured singer Kim Jang Hoon and popular mukbang creator Tzuyang.
During the broadcast, host Jun Hyun Moo introduced Tzuyang as “the great returning goddess, a YouTuber with 12.6 million subscribers.” Yang Se Hyung added, “The amazing thing is that her subscribers have increased by 300,000 in just three months and the number keeps growing,” expressing admiration for Tzuyang’s continued popularity.
Tzuyang expressed her gratitude, saying, “After appearing on 'Point of Omniscient Interfere,' the reaction from people around me has been very positive, and my views increased significantly. I’m very thankful.”
Yoo Byung Jae then mentioned, “You uploaded a clarification video after your last broadcast,” prompting Tzuyang to explain, “I wasn’t aware because it’s just part of my daily life, but my glasses are very heavy and keep sliding down. I wear them while eating, and some people commented, ‘Are you trying to act cute?’”
She continued, revealing, “I have a mild incurable disease affecting my retina.” Earlier, Tzuyang had shared on her YouTube channel, “Retinitis pigmentosa. It is an eye condition. I might eventually lose my vision.” She added, “Because of this, I cannot undergo LASIK or LASEK. Even after getting new glasses, they still slid down the same way.”
Lee Young Ja commented, “That happens when your eyes are weak,” while Yoo Byung Jae noted, “It is because the glasses are heavy.”
