On October 16 KST, the Seoul Western District Court ruled that Min Hee Jin's actions against a former employee of ADOR, 'A', constituted an instance of workplace harassment. The court then upheld a previous decision by the Seoul Labor Office to impose a fine against Min Hee Jin for harassing 'A'.
Previously in 2024, 'A' filed a complaint with the Seoul Labor Office, claiming to have suffered psychological distress due to Min Hee Jin's verbal abuse and workplace treatment. After reviewing the complaint, the Seoul Labor Office admitted that Min Hee Jin "caused mental distress" for 'A' and ordered her to pay a fine in March of this year.
Min Hee Jin's side then appealed the order, taking the case to civil court. Following a review of the initial decision, the court has now sided with the Seoul Labor Office, upholding the fine imposition as valid.
Meanwhile, Min Hee Jin is currently involved in a legal dispute against HYBE Labels subsidiaries Source Music and BeLift Lab over accusations of plagiarism and other internal discord.
