
Model and actress Jang Yoon Joo revealed her secret to quickly shedding 3 kilograms in just two weeks.
On August 31, she uploaded a video to her YouTube channel Yoonjour titled “How I Maintain a Slim Body | Jang Yoon Joo’s Diet, Exercise, and 2-Week Intensive Skin Care Routine.”
In the video, Jang explained, “After coming back from vacation, my routine was completely broken. So I started again with something many of you are familiar with — intermittent fasting.”
She continued, “It’s 16 hours of fasting with an 8-hour eating window. For me, the hardest part is the morning. I usually eat about two hours after waking up, and before bedtime I keep at least six hours of fasting — sometimes even seven.”
Jang also surprised viewers by saying, “I’m quite strict about maintaining the 16-hour fast. If I finish a late-night gathering at 1 a.m., I’ll only go to sleep at 5 a.m. to stick to the routine.”
