Amid controversy over actor Lee Soo Hyuk allegedly being overworked for 12-hours at a fan meeting in China, his label, Saram Entertainment, has stepped forward with a new statement of clarification.
The label commented on September 5 KST, "There has been some misinformation regarding Lee Soo Hyuk's recent fan meeting in China, so we'd like to provide accurate details." It added on, "First, the event's duration, about which we received the most inquiries, occurred in the following order: rehearsal from 12-12:15 PM, the main fan meeting from 2-6:30 PM, fan benefits including the photo and hi-touch from 7-9 PM."
Emphasizing that the rumors of Lee Soo Hyuk being overworked for 12-hours were false, Saram Entertainment revealed, "This fan meeting was a meaningful occasion, marking the first time in 10 years that Lee Soo Hyuk met his fans in person. He was deeply involved in every aspect of preparation - from posters and titles to stage videos and photo shoots.”
Finally, on Lee Soo Hyuk's sweat-soaked outfit, Saram Entertainment said, "It’s true that the venue was unexpectedly hot due to insufficient air conditioning. Despite that, Lee Soo-hyuk fulfilled his responsibilities and stayed with fans until the end."
