IU opens ‘Found at Eight’ pop-up store to gift unforgettable memories to fans
The pop-up store titled ‘Found at Eight’ will run from September 10 to 21 KST at The Hyundai Seoul’s 5th floor EPIC SEOUL. Designed to deliver “sparkling stories that linger in the heart” to her fandom UAENA, the experience combines music, lyrics, photographs, and exclusive merchandise inspired by IU’s character AILIEN, the official mascot of her 8th fan club.
The store features multiple themed zones, including photo spots, interactive exhibits, and an area where fans can write letters directly to IU. Galleries and a media wall will showcase portrait photos, behind-the-scenes videos, and music videos, providing fans with a deeply immersive experience.
Limited-edition MD items such as keyrings, grip tok, umbrellas, and caps featuring IU and AILIEN will be available for purchase only by customers with advance reservations. A random capsule machine is also open to all visitors without reservation.
All attendees will receive a holographic monocular viewer, while fan club–verified guests will be gifted two special photocards and an AILIEN card cover sticker.
The event runs entirely on free advance online reservations via Melon Ticket, with fan club pre-booking already causing server overload upon opening. General reservations begin on September 3 at 6 PM. Full event details are available via IU’s official social media channels.
Meanwhile, IU recently received Best Actress and Popular Star Award at the 4th Blue Dragon Series Awards for her performance in the Netflix drama When Life Gives You Tangerines. The drama also took home the Grand Prize. She further received the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award at the 7th Newsis K-Expo.
IU is set to hold her 2025 fan meetup ‘Bye, Summer’ on September 13 and 14 at KSPO DOME, and is currently filming the upcoming drama '21st Century Grand Prince’s Wife'.
