Tsuki, a member of Billlie, is making headlines for her honest remarks about the value of part-time job experience.

In the July 10 episode of Workman's 'Work-Dol' series, titled 'We Really Went This Far… Deep-Sea Fishing Part-Time Job | Work-Dol | Billlie's Tsuki,' Tsuki took on a challenging new role aboard a deep-sea fishing vessel. The 'Work-Dol' segment features K-idols experiencing various real-world jobs across South Korea and is produced by the popular YouTube channel Workman, which has over 4 million subscribers.

As the day unfolded under harsh waves and physically demanding labor, Tsuki opened up about her thoughts. “I’m not sure why I’m doing this,” she admitted. “I became an idol somehow, and now I’m doing a part-time job again.” Her raw and unfiltered honesty quickly drew attention from viewers.

What gained even more traction was Tsuki’s controversial yet relatable comment: “I don’t know if I should say this, but people who grow up without any part-time job experience often lack social skills.”

The ship’s captain agreed with her, prompting Tsuki to elaborate further. She added, “The kind of social skills you learn from part-time jobs are completely different from those you gain in a full-time workplace.”

Some parts of her statement were muted or edited during the broadcast, possibly due to their sensitive nature.

Nevertheless, Tsuki’s comment quickly went viral, resonating with many viewers, especially among young people who have worked part-time jobs. Online reactions included praise such as, “She said what needed to be said,” and “Only those who’ve worked part-time can truly relate.”

Many also pointed to Tsuki’s own background. She previously worked at a fast-food restaurant in Japan, which added a sense of authenticity to her remarks.

However, not everyone agreed with her generalization. One viewer commented, “While it’s a relatable point for many, it might have been too sensitive to broadcast as-is. Not everyone has the same experiences, and the show could have been more cautious during editing.”

Tsuki debuted in 2021 as the Japanese member of Billlie and has continued to attract attention, particularly for her expressive stage presence. She gained the nickname "Facial Expression Genius" during performances of the group’s track “GingaMingaYo (the strange world).” On July 4, she appeared at 'Waterbomb Seoul 2025' with Billlie and is currently a regular cast member on Workman.
