Singer Yves is set to make her comeback on August 7.
Her agency, Paix Per Mille, announced, “Yves will release her third EP titled 'Soft Error' on the 7th of next month. It’s an album that condenses Yves’ delicately collected and recorded emotions. Please look forward to it.”
This marks Yves’ first new EP in about seven months since the deluxe version of her second EP, 'I Did: Bloom', released in January. The title 'Soft Error' refers to a state in which everything appears fine on the outside, but something is broken on the inside. Anticipation is growing for the captivating stories Yves will tell amidst emotional dissonance.

Alongside the announcement, Yves raised anticipation for her comeback by sharing an album spoiler video featuring the jacket image of 'Soft Error' on her official social media channels.
The teaser, titled 'White cat', showcases Yves’ signature bold and honest presence. With a hypnotic soundtrack, the video pairs her captivating vocals with visual elements like amp waveforms, hinting at a highly polished and artistic release.
As a solo artist, Yves has received praise from both domestic and international critics for her musical sensibility, especially with her debut EP 'LOOP' and second EP 'I Did'. Notably, the track 'DIM' from 'I Did' topped the U.S. Viral 50 chart for two consecutive weeks. Through 'Soft Error', Yves is expected to continue her global rise.
Yves’ third EP 'Soft Error' will be released on August 7 at noon through major music streaming platforms.
