The long-awaited summer comeback of SAY MY NAME is just around the corner. The group’s debut single "iLy" is set for release on August 1 at 6 PM KST, promising a refreshing blend of high teen charm and retro vibes.
On July 29 and 30, SAY MY NAME released the second round of concept photos for "iLy" via their official social media channels, following their previously unveiled group images. The newly revealed solo and unit photos showcase the members’ bright, youthful visuals, perfectly capturing the essence of summer.
Unit shots featuring Hitomi, Dohee, Kanny, Shuie, Mei, Junhwi, Soha, and Seungjoo captured attention with their playful nostalgic atmosphere. The styling evokes a retro and high teen aesthetic that amplifies the group’s unique charm and summery appeal.
Anticipation continued to build with the release of the second music video teaser at midnight on July 31. The teaser depicts seven members seemingly in search of something or someone until they finally come together with the eighth member, Shuie. The teaser's vibrant visuals and storytelling have heightened expectations for the full video.
"iLy," SAY MY NAME’s first-ever summer single, reimagines Frankie Valli’s classic "Can’t Take My Eyes Off You" through a modern interpolation, blending nostalgic melodies with fresh energy and the group’s signature color.
Fans will not have to wait much longer because SAY MY NAME's "iLy" drops on August 1 at 6 PM KST.
