Actor Kang You Seok and actress Han Ye Ji, who played the lovely Jaeil-Sabi couple in the hit tvN drama series 'Resident Playbook', recreated their heart-fluttering chemistry once again for 'Elle Brilliant'.
For this radiant pictorial, Kang You Seok and Han Ye Ji modeled elegant watches and jewelry by 'PIAGET' while also imagining what Jaeil and Sabi might look like as mature lovers. In particular, Han Ye Ji revealed that it was her first ever magazine photoshoot, commenting, "It was way more difficult than I imagined. I need to make sure that the watch and the jewelry are shown well, but I just couldn't seem to keep up. The couple shots were easier because You Seok took the lead."
The two 'Resident Playbook' co-stars, who described Jaeil and Sabi as resembling "water and oil", remained playful and comfortable throughout the photoshoot and interview. When asked about if she would befriend either Jaeil or Sabi in real life, Han Ye Ji answered, "I actually loved Jaeil's character from the beginning. Since the script reading stage, I felt more affection for Jaeil's character than Sabi."
