YouTuber Banzz has deleted his main YouTube channel, which had 2.05 million subscribers.
On July 7, Banzz uploaded a video titled 'I Deleted the 2.05 Million Subscriber Banzz Channel' on his newly launched channel, 'BANZZ.' The video shows Banzz personally deleting his previous YouTube channel that had amassed over 2 million subscribers.
Reflecting on his very first video uploaded on May 27, 2013, Banzz said, “At the time, I didn’t even have a tripod or any staff. I asked one of the restaurant employees to film it for me. It wasn’t even a real camera,” he recalled. “If I could go back to that time, I think I would’ve worked even harder.”

Before deleting the channel, Banzz said he rewatched all of his videos. He shared, “Watching the videos of me interacting with viewers and doing mukbangs brought all the memories back. It feels like the end of a school break. I feel really sad.” He became emotional, saying, “So this is what saying goodbye feels like… maybe this is what it feels like to part with someone you love.”
In closing, Banzz shared his resolution and said, “Now, when I upload videos, I wonder if people will watch. But since I’m not doing this alone anymore, I think I can do even better than before and show you higher-quality content.”

Previously, Banzz and comedian Yoon Hyung Bin faced off in an MMA match at the Goobne ROAD FC 073 special event held at Jangchung Gymnasium in Seoul on June 28. Banzz was defeated by TKO just 1 minute and 42 seconds into the match after taking a powerful punch from Yoon Hyung Bin.
Before the match, both had made headlines by promising to delete their respective YouTube channels if they lost. Following his defeat, Banzz posted a message saying, “Hello. I will keep my promise. I’ll upload the final video tomorrow,” reaffirming his commitment to honor the bet.
