Moon Ga Young is set to embark on her first fan meeting tour in Asia.
On July 16, her agency Peak J Entertainment announced, “Moon Ga Young will be holding her first Asia fan meeting tour, starting this September in Seoul and expanding to major cities.”
In addition to Seoul, fan meetings will be held in Tokyo, Taipei, Bangkok, and more. The agency stated, “We are preparing programs that will allow her to connect closely with local fans in each city.”
Moon Ga Young has built a strong international fanbase through dramas such as 'True Beauty,' 'The Interest of Love,' and 'My Dearest Nemesis.' In particular, 'True Beauty' reached a wider audience through its release on global OTT platforms.
Her popularity now extends beyond Korea to Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and Indonesia. Most recently, she appeared on the cover of 'Elle China', further proving her rising popularity in the Greater China region.
A representative shared, “Through this tour, Moon Ga Young hopes to bond more deeply with her fans,” adding, “We are truly grateful for the continued interest and love from overseas audiences.”
Back in February 2023, Moon Ga Young held her first solo fan meeting in Korea, showcasing her strong ticket power as the event sold out immediately upon opening.
