IVE's An Yu Jin will once again take on MC duties for 'Gayo Daejeon.'
On July 25, Starship Entertainment announced, "An Yu Jin will host the '2025 SBS Gayo Daejeon Summer' which will be held on July 26-27 at KINTEX in Ilsan."
This marks the idol's fifth time hosting the event and her fourth consecutive year as an MC. She has consistently earned praise from viewers for her smooth and witty hosting skills.
An Yu Jin shared, "I'm happy and grateful to be joining 'Gayo Daejeon' again this year. I'll do my best to bring energy to the viewers during this hot summer."
She has been thriving in various fields in the entertainment industry. She has sung the original soundtracks for webtoons, dramas, and films. Additionally, she participated in writing the lyrics for "Heroine," from IVE's first full album.
She has also made her mark in variety programs. Recently, she received much love for her "innocent but crazy" persona on tvN's 'Earth Arcade 3' and showcased her humor and charm. She also garnered attention for her wit on Netflix's 'Crime Scene Zero.'
IVE recently performed at Lollapalooza Paris on July 21. They became the first K-pop girl group to perform at Lollapalooza for two consecutive years across three different cities, impressing audiences with their high-quality live stages.
Meanwhile, IVE is set to make a comeback next month. On July 30, they will appear at the first match of the 2025 Coupang Play Series between Team K-League and Newcastle United, performing the opening pitch and a halftime stage.
