BLACKPINK's “JUMP" surpassed Sabrina Carpenter’s “Manchild” to become the Biggest 2025 Streaming Debut for any Female Artist on Spotify

BLACKPINK has once again conquered the music world with their latest digital single, "JUMP," which is achieving incredible success on the largest and most popular music platforms, enjoying a major debut on Spotify this time again.

"JUMP" by BLACKPINK has been officially credited with over 7.028 million streams on its debut, landing at No. 2 on Spotify's Global Chart and positioning itself as the second-highest new Entry, only behind ‘DAISIES’ by Justin Bieber (8.34 million streams). However, with these numbers, BLACKPINK's "JUMP" has far surpassed the record for the Biggest Debut for a Girl Group and K-pop Act on Spotify Global in 2025, surpassing the previous record set by Aespa's "Dirty Work" (1.83 million streams) by nearly four times.

In addition, and according to the overall results of the platform, BLACKPINK's "JUMP" broke records with a massive 9.3 million streaming debut, becoming the "Biggest Debut Song for Any Female Artist on Spotify in 2025", surpassing Sabrina Carpenter's "Manchild" (8.7 million streams). This fact was celebrated by fans of both queens because both BLACKPINK and Sabrina Carpenter are very good friends and respect each other, so seeing them surpass each other is something worth applauding.

Furthermore, with the figure of 9.3 Million streams, BLACKPINK's "JUMP" once again completely dominates against all the South Korean Groups that have released music this year, having abysmally surpassed Aespa's "Dirty Work" (2.39 Million Streams) and Twice's recent release "THIS IS FOR" (2.25 Million Streams) becoming the Biggest Streaming Debut by a K-pop Group on Spotify in 2025.

The joys do not end there, as with the release of this unique song, BLACKPINK was the biggest gainer on the Global Spotify Daily Top Artists chart, up 128 spots to #41.
