Woochan of the co-ed group ALLDAY PROJECT has apologized to fans.
Last month, ALLDAY PROJECT made a successful debut with their double title tracks "FAMOUS" and "WICKED," receiving much love. Notably, "FAMOUS" topped major domestic music platforms including Melon, Genie, Bugs, Flo, and Vibe, and even charted on Billboard’s Global 200, highlighting the group's rising popularity.
Amid this growing attention, a video titled "Woochan lyric controversy leads to apology" was recently uploaded to YouTube Shorts. In the clip, the members of ALLDAY PROJECT are chatting when Annie says, "Wait, this needs to be addressed. Recently, Woochan wrote a song that included the lyrics: 'We are so nasty (우린 완전 대담하고), I'm so sexy (난 좀 섹시하지),'" while looking visibly surprised. Woochan appears flustered and runs his hand through his hair.
Trying to defend himself, he blurts out, "That’s not what I meant!"—prompting laughter from viewers.
One fan commented on the video, "Woochan-ah, 'I’m so sexy' is a bit much," to which Woochan replied, "I am aware. I sincerely apologize to everyone who was shocked by my 'I’m so sexy'," drawing further attention.

Netizens jokingly reacted with a mix of amusement and support, leaving comments such as: "So cute," "That ‘I’m so sexy’ line feels so old-school," "His confidence is next-level," "Jo Woochan trying to act cool is adorable," "Annie is a truth bomb," and "It’s impressive that he posted an apology so fast."

Meanwhile, ALLDAY PROJECT consists of female members Annie, Youngseo, and Bailey, and male members Tarzzan and Woochan. In the domestic K-pop scene, co-ed groups have nearly vanished since the early 2000s, making their debut feel refreshingly unique.
Each member brings a standout background: Annie is the eldest daughter of the chairman of Shinsegae and a fourth-generation chaebol. Youngseo placed second on the survival audition show 'R U Next?' which formed the debut lineup for the girl group ILLIT. Bailey is a renowned choreographer known for her collaborations with top K-pop artists.
Tarzzan is a model and dancer who studied contemporary dance at the Korea National University of Arts. Woochan gained attention as the youngest finalist on Mnet’s 'Show Me the Money 6' and is a former trainee at Big Hit Music, home to BTS.
In related news, lyricist Kim Eana recently faced backlash over her remarks made to ALLDAY PROJECT on her radio show, 'Kim Eana’s Starry Night.'
