On June 14, CRAVITY sparked a wave of online buzz by unveiling a series of concept teaser photos for their upcoming second full-length album 'Dare to Crave.' The images, part of the '0 ver.' concept, depict the members seemingly emerging from large eggs, creating an otherworldly and surreal atmosphere.
The unconventional visuals quickly became a hot topic among netizens. Reactions included comments such as “Are they snails?”, “Is this an alien or Park Hyeokgeose concept?”, “It looks like… snot?”, and “If this is noise marketing, it’s definitely working.” Others remarked, “Is that an ostrich egg? The concept is so weird.” Although opinions varied, the teaser had clearly captured the public’s attention.
Since their debut in 2020, CRAVITY has built a solid reputation for delivering refreshing vocals and dynamic performances, supported by bold and creative concepts. Fans have come to refer to them as “Vocalvity” and “Performvity,” highlighting their strengths in both singing and performance.
In 2023, the group won first place on Mnet’s 'Road to Kingdom: ACE OF ACE' and released the single album 'Find the Orbit' in December. That project conveyed a story of youth filled with bold challenges, showcasing CRAVITY’s growth and unique narrative style.
The upcoming album 'Dare to Crave' marks their return after about seven months. It is also their first full-length album in over three years since the release of 'Liberty: In Our Cosmos – Part 2' in March 2022.
