Lee Si Young made the donation to Seoul Asan Medical Center, continuing her positive influence. Her contribution will be used to improve the pediatric hospital’s medical facilities and treatment environment, helping to build a better hospital setting.
Lee Si Young has been consistently involved in charitable giving. In 2020, she donated 10 million KRW (Approximately 7,299 USD) to support single-mother female business owners facing financial hardship during the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, she donated 20 million KRW (Approximately 14,599 USD) to the non-profit organization Duroo to aid abused children, supporting legal reforms, lawsuits, research, and education aimed at improving the protection of all children without discrimination.
In both 2021 and 2023, she donated 100 million KRW (approximately 72,000 USD) annually to the Beautiful Foundation, providing winter supplies for vulnerable communities and supporting youth on the margins of the welfare system, including teen parents and adolescents with borderline intelligence transitioning out of care facilities. Her contributions have helped these young people achieve housing stability and develop independence.
Her latest donation also reflects her deep interest in pediatric patients and improving medical environments. Lee Si Young continues to spread positive influence by offering practical support to children, teenagers, single-parent families, and vulnerable communities in need.
Meanwhile, Lee Si Young recently returned to television with the ENA Monday-Tuesday drama "Salon de Holmes," which premiered on the 16th.
