In the newly shared photos, Sungchan takes a mirror selfie at the gym, wearing a grey tank top and sweatpants. Alongside the images, he wrote: 

"It felt like I lost a lot of weight and muscles, so I will eat well today and tomorrow and make the effort to work out well again, with the hope that I regain what I lost."
