A shocking new revelation has just occurred regarding new details of the late Kim Sae Ron's life.
It has now been revealed that only one day after Kim Sae Ron's funeral, her father contacted her landlord in order to ask for Kim Sae Ron's 50 million won (about $35,900 USD) deposit back. However, her father then learned that Kim Sae Ron's deposit was not paid by Kim Sae Ron herself, but instead, an executive from an education company had paid her deposit for her.
This executive, referred to as Mr. A, reportedly paid two different deposits for Kim Sae Ron, with one being for her apartment in Nonhyeon-dong where she lived in 2023, and one being for her apartment in Seongsu-dong where she lived until her death.
It is also reported that Kim Sae Ron's close friend, singer 'B' helped with the deposit for her Nonhyeon-dong apartment as well. While Kim Sae Ron allegedly asked Mr. A and B to lend her money originally, the two instead chose to pay her deposits for her, in order to avoid money issues between acquaintances.
Kim Sae Ron's landlord reportedly explained to her father that he could not return the security deposit because it was paid by Mr. A, and Kim Sae Ron's father understood.
An inside source stated, "It seems that the father did not know how Kim Sae Ron secured the house for rent," and added, "The landlord was initially taken aback by the bereaved father's request, but eventually returned the money to Mr. A."
The insider explained that Kim Sae Ron herself had also worked hard in order to pay for her expenses. "Kim Sae Ron never missed a single month's rent even in that difficult situation. I understand that she paid it all while working part-time."
