On May 1, actress Go So Young gave fans an exclusive look inside the third floor of her luxurious mansion in Gapyeong through a new video on her YouTube channel 'That's Go So Young.' The video, titled “Why a Golf Course Was Built on the Third Floor of Go So Young’s Gapyeong House,” offered a glimpse into the award-winning home's unique features and personal touches.

Go began the tour by showcasing the third floor, designed according to her personal tastes. The production crew expressed their admiration, saying the house was stunning. Go responded proudly by saying the house had actually received an international architecture award.

In the courtyard, she explained that she had tried growing various plants, but none of them survived. Because maintenance became difficult, she decided to cover the space with stones instead.

She then led viewers into the spacious living room. She explained that the house felt large and empty, so she brought in some furniture she rarely used. However, she noted that since they had been in storage for a long time, the furniture had become quite dirty. While unpacking, one crew member pointed out a kimchi stain. Caught by surprise, Go laughed and said she would have to clean it, joking that it conflicted with her image of being very luxurious.

While organizing, she came across an old photo album. Smiling, she shared that the photo was of a dog she had before getting married. She said she had always loved dogs and had even raised one while dating her husband. Then, upon taking a closer look at the picture, she jokingly asked whether the dog in the photo was actually hers, making everyone laugh.

The tour continued into the study. Go explained that her husband had asked for the room, but she had never once seen him use it. Her slightly annoyed expression made the moment even more humorous.

She also showed the second floor, where her children's rooms are located. She said she wanted to create a bright, gallery-like atmosphere in that space.

The highlight of the home was the outdoor area, where one can enjoy nature in privacy. The space includes a swimming pool, adding to the serene and luxurious feel.

Go then shared a personal memory related to the house. After she gave birth to Yoon Seol and was staying at a postpartum care center, a thief once broke into the house. Fortunately, the valuables were stored in the master bedroom behind an inner door. She explained that the thief may have mistaken the inner door for a wall because the layout was not obvious. The intruder ended up stealing one of her father’s vintage cameras and even dropped the camera case on the way out.

Go So Young’s Gapyeong mansion reflects not only luxury and architectural beauty but also her personality and meaningful family memories.
