G-Dragon has revealed that he does think about marriage — and when the time comes, he plans to sing the wedding song himself.

On May 14, G-Dragon appeared on the YouTube talk show Halmyungsoo, hosted by comedian Park Myung Soo, marking their first reunion in 14 years.

During the conversation, Park cautiously asked, “You’re in your 30s now — have you thought about marriage?” G-Dragon responded honestly, “It’s not that I haven’t thought about it. Of course I have, but I’m not thinking about it seriously right now.”

When Park joked about preparing to sing at his wedding, G-Dragon smiled and said, “I’ve actually never sung at anyone’s wedding before — not even for my sister, although she asked me. But if I get married, I’ll sing at my own wedding.”

The two also talked about retirement. Park mentioned he plans to retire at 65, saying, “I’ve made people laugh for years. Now it’s time to enjoy life and laugh myself.”

G-Dragon replied, “Maybe because I’m younger, but I haven’t set an age. In music, I don’t think it’s up to me. I still get inspired and feel passionate, so I’ll keep going as long as that continues.”

Park praised G-Dragon’s mindset, saying, “You shouldn’t put a limit on yourself. You’re doing great, and I hope you keep showing the world your cool side.”

Meanwhile, G-Dragon was recently swept up in renewed dating rumors with former After School member Lee Joo Yeon, after a photo posted on her social media reignited speculation based on similarities with G-Dragon’s home interior. The two have been linked before, dating back to 2017.
