As of April 1, Kian84 has officially departed for Nepal to begin filming Season 4 of MBC’s hit variety show 'Adventure By Accident.' Joining him are travel companions Pani Bottle, Dex, and Lee Si Uhn — beloved cast members from previous seasons — marking a full reunion of the original crew and heightening anticipation for the new season.
MBC released photos of Kian84 at Incheon International Airport on the morning of April 1. Dressed in comfortable casual wear with his signature bag and hat, Kian84 shared, “I’m especially looking forward to this season since it’s been a while since all four of us are traveling together again.” Filming is now officially underway.
The production team confirmed, “Kian84, Pani Bottle, Dex, and Lee Si Uhn will all participate in Season 4,” and added, “The four beloved cast members are reuniting for another unpredictable adventure that viewers won’t want to miss.”
Following the journeys to South America (Season 1), India (Season 2), and Madagascar (Season 3), the four-man crew returns with even more chemistry and distinct personalities. Season 4’s backdrop will be the Ancient Tea Route, also known as the Southern Silk Road — one of the world’s most treacherous highland trade routes and a path of civilization walked by humanity for thousands of years. It’s a region where breathtaking natural beauty and the traditions of ethnic minorities remain deeply rooted.
Kian84 will begin his journey from Nepal’s Mount Everest, traveling along this historic route and encountering communities in high-altitude regions. Having explored the elemental forces of the Amazon’s 'forest,' India’s 'fire,' and Madagascar’s 'water' in previous seasons, he now ventures into the final element: 'mountains.' Before departure, he shared, “I want to know more about people who live in the highest places on Earth.” This journey promises a deep reflection on the connection between humans, nature, and culture.
The production team stated, “Adventure By Accident 4 goes beyond ordinary travel content. It’s a sincere expedition that challenges the limits of human endurance against the power of nature. With Kian84 and the full cast back together, we plan to deliver the most complete and compelling season yet, set against the awe-inspiring backdrop of the Ancient Tea Route.”
'Adventure By Accident 4' is set to premiere on MBC this May. In the meantime, behind-the-scenes videos will be released every Tuesday and Friday at 6 PM KST on MBC’s official YouTube channel, MBCentertainment.
