Sim Eun Jin, a member of Baby V.O.X, opened up about her struggles with IVF treatment, revealing that she has faced five failed attempts.
On March 17, Sim Eun Jin appeared as a guest on the SBS TV family entertainment show ‘Same Bed, Different Dreams 2 – You Are My Destiny’, where she candidly shared her experience.
She expressed her desire for children, stating, "I want to have twins because I'm getting older."
However, despite starting IVF treatments in May of last year, she has endured five unsuccessful attempts.
Sim Eun Jin admitted, "I thought I should stop if I failed one more time."
She continued, "Two weeks ago, I got pregnant and even had a baby, but it failed. I don’t think I should give up here—it feels like hopeful torture."
MC Lee Ji Hye, who is a mother of two daughters, encouraged her, saying, "If you were born in the year of the rooster, 1981, you can still say it’s okay."
Singer Lady Jane, who successfully became pregnant with twins after three rounds of IVF, also offered her support, expressing her encouragement.
Sim Eun Jin married actor Jeon Seung Bin in 2021.
