Yeri and Kim Sae Ron were known to be close friends, and their bond was well-documented. In 2015, Kim Sae Ron shared a photo of herself with Yeri on her personal social media, writing, “I’ll introduce my girlfriend, Yelim (Yeri's real name). I won’t hide it anymore! Best friends. Couple.”
