A number of prominent Thai idols have now publicly expressed their sorrow and well wishes after the recent disaster affecting Myanmar, Thailand, and surrounding countries.
On March 28, a disastrous 7.7 magnitude earthquake decimated Myanmar, killing over a thousand people and destroying hundreds of buildings. The earthquake also affected Thailand, where a high-rise building collapsed while still under construction, killing at least 5 construction workers and burying 117.
Due to this shocking tragedy, multiple Thai idols have now reached out to express their condolences for those affected by the earthquake, and wish for the safety of everyone involved.
BLACKPINK’s LISA posted the heartfelt message: “Sending prayers to everyone affected by the earthquake. Please stay safe.”
(G)I-DLE’s Minnie and 2PM’s Nichkhun shared their wishes, “I hope everyone is safe.”
BABYMONSTER’s Chiquita posted, “Everyone in Thailand right now, please stay safe.”
