The adorable capybara who decorated the ending of Jennie's "Like JENNIE" MV is stealing the hearts of global netizens.
On March 8, following the release of her 1st full album 'Ruby', Jennie took to her Instagram to share some behind-the-scenes photos from the "Like JENNIE" MV filming set. Notably, in the waiting room, Jennie was seen feeding a real capybara almost as big as her, as she wrote, "Come look at the capybara."
It turned out, the capybara in the "Like JENNIE" MV was not created using CG - it was real!
The singer also made sure to express her gratitude toward the capybara's lizard friend. On her Instagram Story, Jennie mentioned, "What in the moment is this.... its her best friend that comes to work together for emotional support. We all got that friend we wanna bring everywhere we know."
Netizens were enraptured by the adorable capybara and lizard duo, commenting, "So f***ing cute TT", "Best friends~", "I can't believe capybaras are actually that big", "The capybara is so gentle", "They look like characters in a cartoon", and more.
Meanwhile, Jennie is known to be a huge fan of capybaras. Last year, capybaras also made an appearance in Jennie's 'Gentle Monster' collaboration line.
