IVE has paid tribute to the late elementary school student, Kim Ha Neul, who tragically lost her life.
On February 11th, a funeral was held for Kim Ha Neul, the victim of the Daejeon elementary school murder case. In front of her portrait, a collection of IVE photocards was placed, along with a condolence wreath sent in the name of "Singer IVE." The group’s gesture came after they learned of an emotional interview with the victim’s father.
Earlier, Kim Ha Neul’s father shared with reporters, “Ha Neul’s dream was Jang Wonyoung. Even if her younger sibling wanted to watch Pororo, she insisted on watching Jang Wonyoung. Everything she owned—her gifts, her belongings—was Jang Wonyoung.”
He added, “If I could make one request, it would be for Jang Wonyoung or anyone from IVE to send Ha Neul a warm farewell. That would mean so much to us.”
