TWICE’s Nayeon purchased a luxury residence in Seoul’s Nonhyeon-dong.
Nayeon has reportedly acquired a high-end residence in the 'Brighton N40' complex located in Nonhyeon-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul.
According to reports, Nayeon purchased a 128.15㎡ unit for approximately 40 billion KRW (around 2.7 million USD) in May 2024. Within five days of finalizing the purchase, she secured a tenant with a 2.8 billion KRW (about 1.9 million USD) lease deposit, effectively acquiring the property with an estimated gap of 11 billion KRW (approximately 800,000 USD).
Built in 2022, 'Brighton N40' is a luxury apartment complex featuring five buildings with 148 units, ranging from 5 to 10 floors above ground. Known for its triple security system ensuring privacy and safety, the property was designed by world-renowned architect Jean-Michel Wilmotte, who also contributed to its landscaping.
The complex has attracted numerous high-profile residents, including Yoo Jae Suk, who owns a penthouse, Seventeen’s Hoshi, actress Han Hyo Joo and Oh Yeon Seo, and Infinite’s L.
