The '39th Golden Disc Awards' will air on JTBC, JTBC2, and JTBC4 from January 6-7 KST.
In light of the national mourning period designed by the South Korean government after the Jeju Air plane crash, the '39th Golden Disc Awards' will not be broadcast live as previously scheduled. The events will still take place from January 4-5 KST/JST at the Mizuho PayPay Dome in Fukuoka, Japan, but will air as a recording.
Part one, featuring the digital and streaming awards, will air on January 6 beginning at 12 AM KST, while part two, featuring the album awards, will air on January 7 beginning at 1:20 AM KST.
