As of January 31st, global artist Jennie (BLACKPINK) has caused a stir with the release of her new collaboration single, 'Love Hangover,' ahead of her highly anticipated first solo full-length album.
On January 26th, Jennie surprised fans by revealing the name and a preview of a track from her upcoming album 'Ruby,' set for release on March 7th, 2025. The single, titled 'Love Hangover,' was released at 2 PM KST on January 31st.
Prior to this, Jennie shocked her followers by releasing the music video for 'ZEN,' one of the tracks from 'Ruby.' The video captivated viewers with its cinematic scale, reminiscent of an art film, and immersive visuals. Upon release, the 'ZEN' music video quickly rose to the top of YouTube's worldwide trending music category and became the most popular music video globally, sparking widespread attention.
Jennie continues to delight her global fanbase in anticipation of her first solo album by sharing a variety of content. Ruby features a mix of 15 tracks across various genres, showcasing Jennie's boundless musical potential. Notably, the album includes collaborations with international artists such as Childish Gambino, Doechii, Dominic Fike, Dua Lipa, FKJ, and Kali Uchis.
To celebrate the release of 'Ruby,' Jennie will host 'The Ruby Experience' shows in Los Angeles, New York, and Seoul. The show will begin on March 6th at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, followed by performances on March 10th at Radio City Music Hall in New York, and on March 15th at Inspire Arena.
