Singer Se7en counters G-Dragon’s statement.
On November 5, the YouTube channel ‘Out of Home DAESUNG’ posted a video titled “Some things are forever… BIGBANG back after 7 years.” In the video, Daesung asked, “Do you remember the battle between YG and JYP?”
G-Dragon responded affirmatively, while Taeyang added, “I remember it because it was my birthday then. We watched a movie together and went to a PC room, and then the boss called, asking where I was. We went without preparation, but Jin Young (J.Y. Park) and Jaebeom(Jay Park) and 2PM’s Junsu(Jun.K) were there.”
When Daesung asked if they won, G-Dragon laughed and said, “We won that time.” Daesung then recalled that showing off was a tradition “since Rain and Se7en’s era.”
G-Dragon jokingly replied, “I believe Rain and Se7en’s time YG lost,” adding humor to the conversation.
Se7en responded by posting the video clip on his social media, saying, “Seems like our Jiyong got something wrong??” humorously countering G-Dragon’s claim.
Se7en also clarified, referring to the origin of light sticks, by telling Big Bang, “The original is Se7en’s light stick.”
