Singer Lee Ji Hye, formerly of co-ed group ‘S#arp,’ shocked by the price of MMA Fighter Choo Sung Hoon’s former Hawaii home.
On August 22 KST, singer Lee Ji Hye expressed her surprise at the price of MMA fighter Choo Sung Hoon’s former home in Hawaii in a video titled “The Most Expensive Real Estate Price in Hawaii That Even Lee Ji Hye Was Shocked By (U.S. Prices, Choo Sung Hoon’s House)” uploaded on her YouTube channel ‘Gwanjong Eonni’ (Not So Annoying Attention Seeker Sister).
Lee Ji Hye was stunned, saying, “I was in shock after hearing the price. The selling price is 13.8 billion won (approximately $10.3 million),” as she couldn’t hide her disbelief.
When the real estate agent mentioned that the monthly maintenance fee is around 7 million won (approximately $5,200), she responded in disbelief, “I couldn’t live there even if they gave it to me for free. How can anyone afford to pay such a maintenance fee?”
She humorously added, “If I lived in a place like that, I think I’d get indigestion. And cleaning that house would be so hard. Not that anyone’s offering it to me, but still.”
Lee Ji Hye was particularly astonished by the fact that “In rich neighborhoods, this is just a second home. How wealthy must you be for this to be your second home?” expressing her disbelief.
