According to the music media brand ‘CHANNEL CANDY’ under the global media corporation ‘NEXTIS’, Rapper Kanye West will be holding his first solo concert in Korea on August 23 at Gyeonggi Goyang Stadium.
It has been 14 years since Kanye made an appearance in Korea, the last being at the 2010 ‘Summer Week&T Festival’ in Gangwon Yangyang’s Naksan Beach.
Born in 1977, Kanye West made his name as the head producer of Jay Z’s album in 2001 and debuted in 2004 with his studio album ‘The College Dropout’. Tied with Jay-Z, Kanye also has 24 Grammy Awards, the most awards won by a rapper.
