Today’s episode of the variety show ‘2 Days & 1 Night Season 4’ marks the last appearance for actors Yeon Jung Hoon and Na In Woo, and main PD (producing director) Lee Jung Kyu.
Previously, it was revealed that Yeon Jung Hoon, who joined in 2019, and Na In Woo, who joined in 2022, are stepping down from the variety show to focus on their acting careers, with Na also preparing to enlist in the military for his mandatory military service later in the year.
The three bid farewell in this episode, where Na expresses his sincere gratitude, saying, "I was able to travel well in this show thanks to the support of the viewers. I am proud to have shown my growth despite my inexperience."
Yeon says, "I feel like it was a short yet long journey. Thank you for giving me more love than I deserve," before pausing for a moment as he gets choked up. Yeon continues, “I promised my wife (Han Ga In) not to cry today,” and “it’s sad, but I’ll say goodbye here.”
The main PD and writers also states that it was a program that was harder than expected, but looking back, it will remain as a happy memory.
