Suzy and Park Bo Gum, initially brought together as hosts at the 54th Baeksang Arts Awards back in 2018, have nurtured a special bond, having shared the stage six times as hosts up until this year, with Park Bo Gum's hiatus during his military service in 2021 being the sole exception.

In the film, Suzy portrays 'Jeong In', who reunites with her comatose partner through 'Wonderland', while Park Bo Gum embodies 'Tae Ju', a man awakening to a bewildering world after being miraculously revived.
