Hyeri unveils her self-care routine and beauty secrets

Hyeri has shared changes in her skin after cutting out carbohydrates from her diet.

On the 20th, a video titled "Can't Stop Self-Care Even on a Day Off... Vlog" was uploaded to Hyeri's YouTube channel.

In the video, Hyeri appears and shares her secrets to self-care. "I haven’t even washed my face yet this morning, and I’ve never had better skin in my life," she boasts.

She added, "It’s been four months since I cut out carbohydrates, and my skin started to improve from the third month."

Hyeri also noted, "Usually, I live freely on my days off, but I never skip my routine when I have work coming up."

After washing her face, Hyeri commented, "I usually order delivery, but today I'll eat healthy," as she tried some Greek yogurt ice cream.

When asked if she needs to continue her diet, she responded, "Unfortunately, I have to keep going."

Meanwhile, Hyeri expressed a longing for carbs, "My goal is to eat bibimbap on Christmas Eve. I miss glass noodles."

She finished her meal with diet bread and was seen applying a face mask, ensuring her skin care routine was not neglected.

Last month, Hyeri stirred interest by revealing her actual weight on her YouTube channel. While her official profile previously listed her weight as 47kg, she disclosed a weight of 54.1kg in the video.
