IVE's Jang Won Young is continuing her legal battle against infamous YouTuber Sojang without leniency.
On March 6, her label Starship Entertainment stated, "As we've said, we plan to continue the lawsuit with no settlement, so we have no separate comment to make." Reports say the possibility of a settlement between the two parties was raised, but Starship Entertainment and Jang Won Young maintained their stance, revealing there is no possibility of settlement or leniency for Sojang.
The Seoul Central District Court previously ordered Sojang to pay 100 million won ($74,951 USD) in damages, which she appealed. The infamous YouTuber stands accused of indiscriminately spreading false information and malicious rumors about Jang Won Young, allegedly hiring people to write malicious comments about the IVE member.
