(G)I-DLE member Yuqi appeared as a guest on the February 1 installment of the YouTube show 'No Back Tak', hosted by Tak Jae Hoon.

On this episode, Yuqi announced that (G)I-DLE would be making a comeback soon with a confident new song, "Super Lady".

While discussing Yuqi's Instagram followers, host Tak Jae Hoon asked, "When does your contract with your company expire?"

Yuqi answered with a smile across her face, "I only have about a year and 3 months left." To this, Tak Jae Hoon remarked, "You just seemed really excited about that." Co-host Shin Gyu Jin also commented, "That was the only genuine smile you showed this whole time".

Once again, Tak Jae Hoon probed Yuqi by saying, "Was that a year and 6 months now?". Thinking out loud, Yuqi corrected him with, "Three months! No, four months? Wait, no, it's [a year and] three months now." 

Shin Gyu Jin then observed jokingly, "You know what you remind me of? The boys after they go off to the military. They count how many days they have left until their discharge every single day." Yuqi then explained, "No, no, I love Cube." 

Meanwhile, (G)I-DLE debuted in May of 2018, which means that the group's exclusive contract with Cube Entertainment will be up for renewal some time in 2025.
