The new drama 'The Price of Confession,' which garnered attention with the joint casting of actresses Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee, is making headlines again as it undergoes a reevaluation, including casting changes and a replacement of the production team.

According to reports from The Daily Sports and Star News on December 20, actress Jeon Do Yeon has been proposed for the lead role in 'The Price of Confession.'

Jeon Do Yeon's agency, Management Soop, also confirmed, "It is true that Jeon Do Yeon received an offer to appear in 'The Price of Confession,'" and added, "It is under consideration."

Initially, the news of Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee being cast together in 'The Price of Confession' raised high anticipation among many. However, shortly after the casting announcement, it was revealed that both actresses had withdrawn from the production, disappointing fans.

'The Price of Confession' unfolds the tale of two women entangled in a gruesome murder case. 

The production team of 'The Price of Confession' is reportedly reevaluating the project by bringing in director Lee Jung Hyo, and it is speculated that Jeon Do Yeon has been offered the role vacated by Song Hye Kyo and Han So Hee.

Meanwhile, Jeon Do Yeon gained much applause for her cheerful and delightful portrayal of the quirky character on the tvN drama 'Crash Course in Romance' that aired in January of this year.
